Overview of  GlL(Gas-Insulated Transmission Lines) Welding Line

The "Shell/Conductor Welding Production Line" is a highly efficient and intelligent automated welding solution. Designed specifically for aluminum alloy shells and conductor products, this production line covers the entire process, including assembly, spot welding, internal seam welding, and external seam welding. It is suitable for manufacturing power transmission equipment of various specifications, significantly improving production efficiency and welding quality.

 Advantages of  Gas-Insulated Transmission Lines

High-precision welding. Equipped with the German Binzel laser tracking system and Fronius TPS500i/MW5000 welding system, it ensures 100% inspection of weld quality, with a first-pass acceptance rate of ≥99%. Supports MIG/TIG multi-process welding, delivering weld seams free of cracks, pores, lack of fusion, and other defects, compliant with the NB/T47013.5-2015 standard.

Key Features Gas-Insulated Transmission Welding Line

Features FANUC M-20iD/25 welding robots, integrated with arc tracking and automatic torch-changing functions, adaptable to parameterized programming for different workpieces. The PLC control system (Siemens S7-1500) interfaces with MES for real-time production data monitoring and information management.

Includes Keyence safety light curtains, Liwei dust removal systems, and anti-displacement devices, meeting ISO safety standards. The gas heating device features closed-loop temperature control, ensuring energy efficiency and safety.
