This project involves the procurement of a drive axle welding production line for the Transmission Branch. The production line mainly consists of the following systems:
Wheel support shaft conveying system
Wheel support shaft & brake caliper bracket alignment & press-fitting system
Single-station dual-robot welding system
Post-welding through-type heat preservation system
Welding dust extraction system
Production line control system
The front end of the system is equipped with a voltage stabilizer, making it suitable for welding loader and roller axle housings.
