Product overview

This production line utilizes intelligent manufacturing and flexible changeover technology, capable of producing 66 different product variants. It supports rapid model changeovers (single-station die change time ≤30 minutes) to meet small-batch customization demands. The hybrid welding process combines robotic and manual welding to strictly comply with Cummins welding standards (CES-MANF-13). The integrated smart material handling system features: manual loading/unloading for small parts, robotic handling for large welded components, and manual operations assisted by balancer hoists for critical processes (leak testing, inspection, etc.), ensuring both efficiency and precision.

The production line is equipped with full-process data collection capabilities, with open interfaces for welding parameters, airtightness test data, and 3D dimensional measurements to enable complete production traceability. Key advantages include:
