Drive Axle Automatic Welding Production Line

This project involves the procurement of a drive axle welding production line for the Transmission Branch. The production line primarily consists of the following systems:
-Wheel end support shaft conveying system
-Wheel end support shaft and brake caliper bracket alignment and pressing system
-Single-station dual-robot welding system
-Post-welding through-type insulation system
-Welding dust removal system
-Production line control system
 
A voltage-stabilized power supply is configured at the front end of the system. The production line is suitable for welding loader and roller axle housings.
