Single Station Robotic Welding System

    A robotic welding system is an automated welding solution that utilizes robotic arms to perform welding tasks with high precision and consistency. These systems are equipped with advanced software and hardware components, such as power sources, wire feeders, and robotic torches, to execute welding processes efficiently.


SY series mini Excavator—Platform & Lower Bracket Welding Robot System

The SY series platform welding robot system features a single-station design. Operators manually assemble and tack-weld the left platform, right platform, and main platform assembly on the fixture before hoisting it onto the SY Platform Welding Robot System. The fixture uses hydraulic automatic clamping for secure positioning.
The robot performs wire touch sensing for seam location before carrying out supplementary welding on the platform. Once welding is complete, the operator hoists the finished workpiece off the fixture and loads a new one.
Workforce requirement: 1 operator per shift.
