This project features a robotic welding workstation for main frames, equipped with an 11-axis system (6+3+2) comprising a gantry-mounted robot, positioners, hydraulic clamping fixtures, and an integrated control system. Designed for manual loading/unloading, it ensures quick and secure workpiece handling with reliable hydraulic clamping.
The system supports automated welding for road roller main frames while also accommodating grader main frames. An integrated welding fume extraction system is included to meet environmental standards, ensuring compliant emissions.
