It supports rapid model changeovers (single-station die change time ≤30 minutes) to meet small-batch customization demands. The hybrid welding process combines robotic and manual welding to strictly comply with Cummins welding standards (CES-MANF-13). The integrated smart material handling system features: manual loading/unloading for small parts, robotic handling for large welded components, and manual operations assisted by balancer hoists for critical processes (leak testing, inspection, etc.), ensuring both efficiency and precision.
